Eledoisin (Eledone 肽) 使基础条件下记录的值增加 24.5±3.7%；由于同时存在 CP99994，此刺激显著 (P<0.01) 降低至 13.1±1.9%。同样的也用于表征 Eledoisin 刺激对 0.1 μM SR48968 或 0.1 μM SB222200 的敏感性。SR48968 显著 (P < 0.01) 降低了 Eledoisin 的刺激，而 SB222200 没有影响。Eledoisin 刺激分别被 CP99994 和 SR48968、NK1 和 NK2 拮抗剂降低[1]。
