Anti-inflammatory agent 111 is a potent anti-inflammatory agent. Anti-inflammatory agent 111 reduces Lipopolysaccharides (LPS) (HY-D1056)-induced i-NOS and COX-2 protein expression, decreases nitric oxide, IL-6, and TNF-α production. Anti-inflammatory agent 111 maintains normal cell viability at bioactive concentrations.Anti-inflammatory agent 111 can be used for the research of inflammation-related disorders[1].

Anti-inflammatory agent 111 (compound 3d) (1-10 μM；作用 48 h) 在以 1、5 或 10 μM 浓度处理 RAW264.7 巨噬细胞 48 h 时，可维持细胞存活率高于 90%[1]。
Anti-inflammatory agent 111 (1-10 μM；预处理 1 小时，LPS 刺激 24 小时) 可抑制 RAW264.7 巨噬细胞中 LPS 诱导的 NO 生成，在 10 μM 浓度下抑制率为 50.5%，5 μM 浓度下为 28.3%，1 μM 浓度下为 14.5%[1]。
