Anti-Mouse CSF1 Antibody (5A1) (10 mg/kg，腹腔注射，每周两次) 与抗 CSF-1 单克隆抗体 MCS110 (HY-P99368) 和 CSF-1R 抑制剂 BLZ945 (HY-12768) 联合使用，在神经母细胞瘤小鼠模型中增强对肿瘤生长的抑制并提高生存率[3]。

Animal Model: Mice were injected with MGS1 cells into the right flank[1]
Dosage: 200 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, every 3-4 days
Result: Significantly reduced MGS1 tumor growth.
Significantly increased the survival of mice injected intracranially with MGS1.
Downregulated of myeloid-associated genes, including CSF1R, CCR1, C1qa, and CX3CR1.
Upregulated gene sets involved in negative regulation of cell migration/proliferation and extracellular matrix organization.
Decreased CD11b+ F4-80+ cells.
Animal Model: Ovariectomy-induced mice models[2]
Dosage: 0.5 mg/week
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, 4weeks
Result: Prevented bone loss and increased DPD excretion.
Animal Model: CHLA-255-Fluc neuroblastoma cells and human monocytes tumor mice model[3]
Dosage: 10 mg/kg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, twice a week, companied with anti-CSF-1 mAbs MCS110 (HY-P99368) and CSF-1R inhibitor BLZ945 (HY-12768)
Result: Reduced the frequency of these F4/80+ mouse cells and CD14+ human cells.
Reduced CD163+ human monocyte-derived cells.
Increased suppression of tumor growth and survival of mice.
