Anti-Mouse FGL-1 Antibody (177R4) enhances the anti-tumor immune effect by blocking FGL1. Anti-Mouse FGL-1 Antibody (177R4) can be used for research on cancer such as lung cancer and breast cancer[1][2].

Anti-Mouse FGL-1 Antibody (177R4) (100 μg,腹腔注射,在第 6、10、14 和 18 天) 与 PD-1 单克隆抗体联合显著抑制携带 MB49 肿瘤的雌性 C57BL/6J 小鼠的肿瘤生长[2]

Animal Model: 5×106 LLC cells injected C57BL/6J mice (4-6 weeks)[1]
Dosage: 100 μg, combined with PD-1 mAb (100 μg)
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), on day 1, 3, 6, 12, 15 and 18
Result: Significantly inhibited tumor volume.
Increased CD8+ T cell infiltration within the tumor.
Increased the expression of IFN-γ, TNF-α, and Perforin.
Reduced Ki67 positive cells.
Animal Model: 1×105 MB49 cells injected female C57BL/6J mice (6-8 weeks)[2]
Dosage: 100 μg, combined with PD-1 mAb (100 μg)
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), on day 6, 10, 14 and 18
Result: Significantly inhibited tumor volume and weight.
Significantly increased infiltration of CD8 T cells.
