BAY3375968 (TPP-23411) is a fully human afucosylated monoclonal IgG1 anti-human CCR8 antibody. BAY3375968 selectively depletes human CCR8+ Tregs via antibody dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and antibody dependent cellular phagocytosis (ADCP). BAY3375968 can be used in the research of solid tumors[1][2].
