BODIPY 581/591 C11 (solution) 

BODIPY 581/591 C11 (solution) is a BODIPY borofluoroprene derivative with good light stability and low fluorescence artifacts. BODIPY 581/591 C11 can be used for study lipid peroxidation and antioxidant properties in living cells, or detect ferroptosis by reaction with hydroxyl radicals. BODIPY 581/591 C11 is emitted at 591 nm (reduced prototype) , or redshifted to 510 nm (oxidized type). The excitation wavelengths were 581 nm (reduced prototype) and 500 nm (oxidized type) ^[1].

储备液的保存
1.1 BODIPY 581/591 C11 工作液的制备
在无血清细胞培养中稀释储备液。可根据实际情况稀释相应浓度的储备液。注意，如果溶剂为 DMSO，则必须考虑 DMSO 的细胞毒性，并应制备溶剂对照；如果溶剂为纯水，则工作液在加入细胞前需要过滤并除菌。
注意：请根据实际情况调整 BODIPY 581/591 C11 工作液的浓度。
细胞染色
2.1 细胞制备：
悬浮细胞：4°C，1000 g 离心 3-5 分钟，弃上清。PBS 洗涤 2 次，每次 5 分钟。
贴壁细胞：弃去细胞培养基，加入胰蛋白酶解离细胞，制成单细胞悬液。在 4°C 下以 1000 g 离心 3-5 分钟，然后弃去上清液。PBS 洗 2 次，每次 5 分钟。
2.2 加入 1 mL BODIPY 581/591 C11 工作液，室温孵育 30 分钟。
2.3 4°C，400 g 离心 3-4 分钟，弃上清。
2.4 PBS 洗涤 2 次，每次 5 分钟。
2.5 用无血清细胞培养基或 PBS 重悬细胞，荧光显微镜或流式细胞仪。
注意事项
1. 建议储备液避光保存在 -20°C 或 -80°C，避免反复冻融周期。
2、请根据实际情况调整 BODIPY 581/591 C11 工作液的浓度。
