BPN-01 

BPN-01 is a fluorescent probe targeting translocator protein (TSPO) and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) with binding affinities of -10.7 kcal/mol for TSPO and -11.3 kcal/mol for HER2. BPN-01 is promising for research of solid tumor imaging during fluorescence image-guided surgery (FIGS) (Ex/Em = 475/510 nm)^[1].

BPN-01 (3.91 μg/mL、7.81 μg/mL、15.63 μg/mL、31.25 μg/mL、62.5 μg/mL、125 μg/mL、250 μg/mL、500 μg/mL；48 小时；B16-F10) 在所有浓度下均能维持 B16-F10 细胞活力约 100%^[1]。
BPN-01 (0.01 mM、0.05 mM、0.1 mM、0.5 mM、1.0 mM；24 小时；DU-145、B16-F10、C2C12) 在 0.01 mM 浓度下可染色 DU-145 和 B16-F10 癌细胞，但在更高浓度或 C2C12 细胞中则无染色^[1]。
