生物活性

BW-AQ-113 is an Anthraquinone (HY-N0354) derivative. BW-AQ-113 can specifically degrade MDM2 and activate the p53 pathway. BW-AQ-113 can induce apoptosis by downregulating anti-apoptotic gene Bcl-2 and regulating pro-apoptotic gene Bax and CASP3. BW-AQ-113 can be used for research of p53 wild-type hematological malignancies[1].

BW-AQ-113 对 Molt-4 细胞和 EU-1 细胞的 IC50 值分别为 0.12 μM 和 0.2 μM[1]。
BW-AQ-113 对 p53 缺陷的 K562 细胞、p53 突变的 T98G 细胞以及 p53 受抑制的 HeLa 细胞的 IC50 值为 0.74, 5.2 和 2.1 μM[1]。
