cGAS-IN-7 is a cyclic GMP-AMP synthase (cGAS) inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.66 μM for human cGAS. cGAS-IN-7 modestly decreases cGAMP levels in THP1 cells. cGAS-IN-7 can be used for the research of Alzheimer's disease[1].
