EGFR-IN-191 is an anti-tumor agent targeting both EGFR and AKT. EGFR-IN-191 exerts its anti-tumor activity by inducing DNA damage, apoptosis, cell cycle arrest, and inhibition of the PI3K/AKT-EGFR signaling pathway in tumor cells. EGFR-IN-191 can be used in the study of tumors such as triple-negative breast cancer[1].

Concentration: 7.0, 10.5 and 14.0 μM
Incubation Time: 24 h
Result: Upregulated mRNA expression of Bax, BRCA1, CDKN1A, Caspase-3, PIK3CA, Mcl-1.
Slightly downregulated Bcl-2 and p53.

Cell Cycle Analysis[1]

Cell Line: MDA-MB-231
Concentration: 7.0, 10.5 and 14.0 μM
Incubation Time: 24 h
Result: Increased sub-G₀/G₁ cell accumulation dose-dependently (15.01% at 7.0 μM, 23.16% at 10.5 μM, 32.19% at 14.0 μM vs. 11.11±0.51% in control)
Induced G₂/M phase arrest (22.36% at 10.5 μM).

Apoptosis Analysis[1]

Cell Line: MDA-MB-231
Concentration: 7.0, 10.5 and 14.0 μM
Incubation Time: 24 h
Result: Increased total apoptotic cells (early + late) to 8.44% at 7.0 μM, 22.84% at 10.5 μM, and 40.83% at 14.0 μM.
Increased necrotic cells to 9.36% at 14.0 μM.
