Taq DNA polymerase 2.0 is a thermostable DNA polymerase that can be used in PCR[1].

PCR 体系
2.5 μL 10x PCR Buffer；最多 5 μL 全血模板 DNA；2 μL 2.5 mM dNTP；1 μL 上游引物 (10 μM)；1 μL 下游引物 (10 μM)；0.5 μL Taq DNA 聚合酶2.0；Nuclease-free 水补足总体积 25 μL;
注意：下列反应体系以10×PCR Buffer 为例，如果用 10 高 GC buffer，dNTA 浓度建议增加至 4 μL (25 μL 体系)。
缓冲液组分信息：
10×PCR Buffer：150 mM Tris，500 mM KCl，150 mM (NH4)2SO4，20mM MgSO4，NP40 0.8% (PH 8.8)；
10×高 GC buffer：200 mM Tris, 200 mM (NH4)2SO4, 15 mM MgSO4, NP40 0.8%，Betaine (HY-B0710) 1.5 M (PH 8.8)。
PCR 循环
1）95℃ 3min；循环 1 次；
2）94℃ 30 sec；55℃ 30 sec；72℃ 45-90 sec；循环 35-90 次。
3）72℃ 7 min；循环 1 次。
