Immobilized Enzyme  (固定化酶)

固定化酶是指通过物理吸附、共价结合、包埋或交联等方式，将酶分子束缚或限制于一定空间内，使其既能与反应物接触催化反应，又能在反应后易于与产物分离并重复使用的酶制剂。其不溶于水，具有稳定性好、可重复利用的特点，多用于工业生产。

Immobilized enzymes refer to enzyme preparations that bind or restrict enzyme molecules within a certain space through physical adsorption, covalent binding, embedding or cross-linking, etc., so that they can not only come into contact with reactants to catalyze reactions, but also be easily separated from the products after the reaction and reused. It is insoluble in water and features good stability and reusability, and is widely used in industrial production.
