固定化酶是指通过物理吸附、共价结合、包埋或交联等方式,将酶分子束缚或限制于一定空间内,使其既能与反应物接触催化反应,又能在反应后易于与产物分离并重复使用的酶制剂。其不溶于水,具有稳定性好、可重复利用的特点,多用于工业生产。
