琼脂糖凝胶的制备
1. 琼脂糖凝胶的常用浓度为 0.5% 至 2.5%,具体取决于需要分离的带的大小。
2. 将琼脂糖粉与 1 X TAE/TBE 混合。
3. 用微波炉加热 1-3 分钟,直至琼脂糖完全溶解 (注意:不要煮得太沸腾)。
