Ethyl rutinoside is a short-chain alkyl glycoside synthesized by rutin-degrading enzymes from tartary buckwheat (Fagopyrum tataricum Gaertner) seeds[1].

乙基芸香糖苷 (15%(v/v) 乙醇；2 小时) 可生成结晶标准品 (以 20 g 面粉和 10 ml 乙醇溶液为原料，得量为 133 mg) [1]。
乙基芸香糖苷 (0–60%(v/v) 乙醇) 在 15%乙醇和 50°C 条件下可使芦丁降解酶活性达到最大值 [1]。
