Dosage: ~100 μCi
Administration: intravenous; single dose
Result: Achieved a tumor SUVmean of 1.6 and a tumor-to-muscle ratio (TMR) of 11 at 30 minutes postinjection.
Decreased tumor uptake only 19% by 120 minutes postinjection, with an SUVmean of 1.3, and maintained a TMR of 9.8-11 throughout the imaging window.
Improved tumor-to-liver ratio to 3.9 by 120 minutes postinjection.
Significantly reduced tumor uptake when coinjected with FAPI-04, confirming FAP-specific binding.
