Acts upstream of or within several processes, including cellular response to lipopolysaccharide; neutrophil chemotaxis; and smooth muscle contraction. Located in centrosome. Part of Potassium Channel complex and voltage-gated Calcium Channel complex. Is expressed in several structures, including alimentary system; genitourinary system; nervous system; respiratory system; and sensory organ.
