Acts upstream of or within several processes, including cerebrospinal fluid secretion; cilium movement; and nervous system development. Located in cytoplasm and plasma membrane. Is expressed in several structures, including alimentary system; central nervous system; genitourinary system; immune system; and visual system. Used to study hydrocephalus.
