生物活性

Hericenone C is a metabolite derived from Hericium erinaceus. Hericenone C inhibits LPS (HY-D1056)-induced NRE::Luc luciferase activity, reduces phosphorylation of p65 and inhibits NF-κB signaling. Hericenone C exhibits neuroprotective effect[1].

Hericenone C (2.5-20 μM, 1 h) 可抑制 LPS (HY-D1056) 诱导的表达 NRE::Luc 的 NIH3T3 细胞中的荧光素酶活性，并降低 p-P65 水平[1]。

Animal Model: Formalin-induced nociceptive model of male ICR mice[1]
Dosage: 2.5, 5 and 10 mg/kg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, 45 mins before formalin
Result: Reduced licking/biting timeof the second phase (10-45 min).
Showed no significant effect on the first phase (0-10 min).
Reduced the accumulation of CD11c-positive cells in the paw epidermis and inhibited the activation of p-P65 in CD11c-positive cells.
