IAP ligand 6 (A250) is an IAP ligand with a Ka value of 0.1 μM for the human XIAP BIR3 domain. IAP ligand 6 binds to the XIAP BIR3 domain and serves as an alkynylpyridine scaffold for the preparation of TEAD degraders that recruit IAP. IAP ligand 6 is applicable to research related to mesothelioma[1].
