Lobetyolinin is a polyacetylene compound. Lobetyolinin can be extracted from the traditional Chinese medicine Codonopsis pilosula. Lobetyolinin has antiarrhythmic effects. Lobetyolinin can be used in liver cancer research[1][2].

Sitostanol (1.2 μM；24 h) 不会改变人类褐色脂肪细胞或人类肌管中的线粒体呼吸作用，但会降低低糖培养基中培养的人肝细胞癌 HepG2 细胞的最大线粒体呼吸作用[3]。
Sitostanol (1.2 μM；对于 Treg 细胞群，48 h) 会增加 Th1 型细胞因子 IFN-γ 和 IL-2 的分泌，促进调节性 T 细胞 (Treg) 的数量和 IL-10 的分泌，降低 NK 细胞的比例，并倾向于降低哮喘患者受植物血凝素 (PHA) 刺激的外周血单核细胞 (PBMC) 中的 NKT 细胞活性[4]。
