Lotifazole (F 1686) 是一种非甾体抗炎剂。Lotifazole 低剂量下对迟发型超敏反应具有特异性抑制，且不依赖前列腺素合成抑制途径。Lotifazole 高剂量下对角叉菜胶诱导的大鼠爪水肿、紫外线诱导的豚鼠红斑和胸膜炎均有显著疗效。Lotifazole 可用于研究 T 细胞介导的疾病。

生物活性

Lotifazole (F 1686) is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent. Lotifazole exhibits specific inhibition of delayed-type hypersensitivity and does not rely on the prostaglandin synthesis inhibition pathway at low doses. Lotifazole shows significant efficacy in treating paw edema induced by carrageenan in rats, erythema induced by ultraviolet radiation in guinea pigs, and pleurisy at high doses. Lotifazole can be used for the study of T-cell-mediated diseases[1].
