Monochlorobimane (solution) 

Monochlorobimane (Chlorobimane) (solution) is a fluorescent dye (λ_ex=380 nm, λ_em=470 nm) to measure glutathione (GSH) in cellular assays^[1].
Solvent and concentration: DMSO: 10 mM

1. 溶液制备^[3]
1.1 原液保存
储存：分装后避光保存于 -20°C 或 -80°C。避免反复冻融。
1.2 工作液制备
用 PBS 或细胞培养基稀释。可根据实际情况稀释相应的储备液。注意，如果溶剂为 DMSO，则必须考虑 DMSO 的细胞毒性，并应制备溶剂对照；如果溶剂为纯水，则工作液在加入细胞前需要过滤并除菌。
注意：工作液应立即配制并使用，并避光保存。

2. 细胞染色
2.1 将细胞接种于透明底黑色 96 孔微孔板中。
2.2 加入 Monochlorobimane (1-10 μM) 孵育 30 分钟 (根据实验优化)。
2.3 使用荧光显微镜或荧光酶标仪 (Ex/Em = 380/480 nm) 测量荧光强度。
