NNRT-IN-14 is an HIV-1 reverse transcriptase inhibitor (IC50 = 0.175 µM). NNRT-IN-14 can form hydrogen bonds with LYS101, PRO225, and PHE227, and π–π stacking with TYR181 and TRP229. NNRT-IN-14 can be used for the study of HIV[1].
