NOTA-TATE is a somatostatin receptor 2 (SSTR2) binder. NOTA-TATE binds to SSTR2 to enable targeting of SSTR2-positive tumour cells for PET imaging. NOTA-TATE can be used for the research of neuroendocrine tumours[1].

68Ga-NOTA-TATE (0.1 mCi/2.96 MBq;静脉注射;单次给药) 在注射后 1 小时内,于荷 AR42J 瘤裸鼠体内表现出与68Ga-DOTA-TATE 相当的肿瘤摄取量,且在 micro-PET/CT 上可清晰显影肿瘤[1]

Animal Model: BALB/c nude (15-20 g; 2 females and 2 males per group for 15 min, 30 min, 1 h, 2 h time points; 3 females and 3 males for imaging; AR42J pancreatic tumour xenografts)[1]
Dosage: 0.1 mCi (8.8 GBq/mg) (biodistribution); 2.96 MBq (0.08 mCi) (imaging)
Administration: i.v.; single dose
Result: Reached tumour uptake of 3.24 ± 1.03 %ID/g at 15 min, 3.97 ± 2.24 %ID/g at 30 min, 3.16 ± 1.92 %ID/g at 1 h, and 1.33 ± 0.96 %ID/g at 2 h post-injection; Showed clear tumour visualization on micro-PET/CT images at 30 min and 2 h post-injection; Displayed intense radioactivity in gallbladder on imaging.
