NZV930 (SRF373) is a fully human IgG1κ monoclonal antibody targeting CD73. NZV930 forms a bidentate structure with CD73 dimers, thereby blocking the catalytic activity of cell-surface and soluble CD73. NZV930 reduces adenosine levels in plasma and tumors, and regulates the adenosine pathway in tumors and plasma. NZV930 is applicable for the research of advanced malignant tumors[1].
