生物活性

ONP is a blood-brain barrier permeable near-infrared fluorescent imaging reagent that targets peroxynitrite anions (Ex/Em = 640 nm/650-750 nm). ONP reacts with peroxynitrite anions to cleave its boronic ester moiety, oxidize its reduced methylene blue skeleton to active methylene blue, and trigger a near-infrared fluorescence turn-on response. ONP can be used in studies related to epilepsy[1].

ONP (静脉注射;单次给药) 可实现对健康小鼠脑中基础及药理学调控下的 ONOO 水平的在体成像,且抗氧化治疗会降低检测到的 ONOO 水平[1]
