PY-4Car2 is a Camptothecin (HY-16560) derivative and a topoisomerase I inhibitor. PY-4Car2 functions as a warhead conjugated via a cleavable linker to the bispecific ADC TJ101. PY-4Car2 can be used as an ADC payload for the research of cancers[1][2].
