CRBN 即 cereblon，是泛素 - 蛋白酶体系统中 E3 泛素连接酶复合物的底物识别亚基。CRBN 配体库是能特异性结合 CRBN 蛋白的小分子化合物片段的集合。

这些配体多基于经过验证的 CRBN 结合弹头设计，通过 AI 分子生成优化系统进行改造，不仅包含来那度胺类经典结构，也涵盖非来那度胺类的新型骨架，且经过成药潜力过滤，具有结构多样性和较好的成药性质，可基于库中配体进行优化改造，助力新型分子胶降解剂研发，加速诱导 CRBN 与新底物蛋白结合的分子胶发现，同时可用于 CRBN 新底物挖掘，鉴定未知的CRBN 底物。

MCE收集整理360个和CRBN亲和力较好的片段库，其分子量在 200 - 600 之间。基于库中配体开发的化合物可针对癌症、自身免疫疾病等多种疾病靶点，进一步推动分子胶和PROTAC治疗药物研发。

•    It is obtained via pharmacophore screening based on classic CRBN ligands, and can be further optimized and modified to facilitate the development of novel Molecular Glue and PROTAC degraders.

•    All compounds are available off the shelf.

•    All compounds are validated by LC-MS or NMR to ensure high purity and quality.

Product Details

Formulation:

A compound library can be compiled to include small-molecule fragments that specifically bind to the CRBN protein.

Layout:

96-well storage tube or 96-well plate: 1st and 12th column are left empty.
384-well plate: the first two columns and the last two columns are left empty.
Compounds with different concentrations or dissolved in different solvents will be put on separate plates. This way of layout may increase the number of plates because there could be three solvents and three concentrations.
