生物活性

Telomerase-IN-9 is a potent and selective telomerase inhibitor. Telomerase-IN-9 significantly reduces telomerase activity by binding to hTERT, leading to decreased telomerase function. Telomerase-IN-9 induces apoptosis and inhibits colony formation. Telomerase-IN-9 reduces tumor burden, restores antioxidantbalance, and preserves lung architecture in a Benzo[a]pyrene (HY-107377)-induced lung cancer mouse model. Telomerase-IN-9 can be used for the research of lung cancer[1].

Apoptosis Analysis[1]

Concentration: 5, 10 μM
Incubation Time: 48 h
Result: Induced cell death in a dose-dependent manner.
Reduced viability to 76.2% and 62.6% at 5 μM and 10 μM, respectively.
Induced late apoptosis reaching up to 23.1%.

Cell Proliferation Assay[1]

Cell Line: A549 cells
Concentration: 3.75, 6.25, 12.5, 25 μM
Incubation Time: 12 days
Result: Demonstrated marked inhibition of colony growth, particularly at higher concentrations (12.5 and 25 μM), where the reduction was statistically significant compared to the control.
