生物活性

Vpr (1-14) is a viral protein R and acts as an accessory protein of HIV-1. Vpr (1-14) can binds to Cul4A-DDB1-DCAF1 E3 ligase complex and can be used as an E3 ligase-binding component in PROTACs. Vpr (1-14) can be used to synthesize PROTAC BRD4 Degrader-43 (HY-181164)[1].

Western Blot Analysis[1]

Cell Line: MCF-7 cells
Concentration: 1, 10, 30 μM (compounds 1, 4, 5, 11); 10, 50, 100 μM (compound 5); 1, 30 μM (compounds 7-9)
Incubation Time: unspecified time
Result: Showed weak dose-dependent BRD4 degradation at 10, 50, 100 μM, with significant degradation at 50 and 100 μM (compound 5); Did not exhibit significant BRD4 degradation (compounds 1, 4); Showed no (compounds 7, 8) or slight (compound 9) BRD4 degradation; Exhibited improved BRD4 degradation compared to compound 5 (compound 11)

Cell Line: MCF-7 cells, J-Lat 10.6 cells, THP-1 NLuc#225 cells
Concentration: up to 50 μM (compounds 5, 11, 14)
