向2-氟-4-甲基苯胺（250 g，2 mol）和三乙胺（202 g，2 mol）溶于2 L二氯甲烷的溶液中，缓慢滴加乙酰氯（156 g，2 mol）。反应混合物在0℃下搅拌2小时，随后用稀盐酸洗涤。有机相经无水硫酸钠干燥后，减压浓缩，得到粗制中间体N-(2-氟-4-甲基苯基)乙酰胺（334 g，收率87%）。
