ACE‑031 (also known as Myostatin inhibitory peptide 7; research code Ramatercept) is a recombinant, soluble Activin Receptor Type IIB (ActRIIB)–IgG1‑Fc fusion protein that acts as a potent myostatin inhibitor. It neutralizes myostatin and related ligands that negatively regulate skeletal muscle mass, thereby promoting muscle growth.
