1.有公司的名称，地址，电话，传真，网站，邮箱，商标，的抬头（就像Word文档的页眉一样）
2.Price List 这几个字
3.今天的日期（请记住这个很重要，一般我们的报价也会有个有效期）
4.礼貌起见还会有：to或者是ATTN+客人的名字或者是公司名称
5 一张妒方Excel电子表格，内容更至少包括：产品型号，产品的单价，产品的简单描述，一般还有产品的图片，产品的净重，包装之后的毛重，还有产品采用的包装，包装之后的体积。
