3425-61-4 - An improved method for the synthesis of tert-amyl peroxide

Abstract:

The method of synthesizing tert-amyl peroxide (TAHP) with tert-amyl alcohol, hydrogen peroxide and sulfuric acid as raw materials reported in the literature has been greatly improved. The better reaction conditions for synthesizing TAHP are as follows: the temperature is 35 ℃, the time is 2H, and the proportion of the amount of the same substance. The improved method simplifies the operation, reduces the reaction time from 24h to 2H, increases the yield from 38% to 68%, and the content of GC analysis is above 95%. TAHP was confirmed by IR1,HNMR and 13C NMR.

Abstract:

dibenzothiophene (DBT) and its derivatives are the main sulfur compounds in heavy oil, Vacuum Oil and residual oil. Its properties are stable, in the general hydrodesulfurization, dibenzothiophene series is difficult to remove a class of organic sulfur. Li Jianyuan et al. Reviewed the Oxidative Desulfurization (ODS), hydrodesulfurization, adsorption desulfurization and biological desulfurization of dibenzothiophene and its derivatives as model compounds in detail.

Abstract:

with TAHP as oxidant, Mo O3/D 113 as catalyst, NMP as extractant, the oxidation-extraction desulfurization of coking diesel oil was carried out. The Effects of oxidation temperature, oxidation time, oxidant dosage, Catalyst dosage and extractant dosage on the desulfurization rate were investigated. The results showed that the optimum oxidation-extraction desulfurization conditions were as follows: oxidation temperature 90 ℃, oxidation time 2.5 h, oxidant/diesel (molar ratio) 4, Catalyst dosage 0.1g, extraction agent/diesel (volume ratio) 1; Under these conditions, the removal rate of sulfide in diesel oil is 96.8%, the sulfur content is reduced to 29.7 μg/g, and the recovery rate of diesel oil is 98.6%.
