5α-Dihydrocortisol (5α-DHF), a metabolite of Hydrocortisone (Cortisol) (HY-N0583), is a steroid hormone. 5α-Dihydrocortisol can enhance the mineralocorticoid activity of aldosterone[1][2].

在肾上腺切除的大鼠肾脏中，体外实验表明，5α-Dihydrocortisol (5α-DHF) 对经典 (II 型) 糖皮质激素受体的亲和力为 Dexamethasone (HY-14648) 的 20%，对 (III 型) 皮质类固醇结合球蛋白样糖皮质激素受体的亲和力为 Corticosterone (HY-B1618) 的 10%，对盐皮质激素受体 (I 型) 的亲和力为 Aldosterone (HY-113313) 的 3%。在小鼠肾脏受体中，5α-Dihydrocortisol 的亲和力低于二氢睾酮的 0.1%，在大鼠子宫中，其对相应受体的亲和力也低于 Estradiol (HY-B0141) 和 Progesterone (HY-N0437) 的 0.1%[1]。
