Concentration: 10 μM; tested for IC50 determination
Incubation Time: 48 h
Result: Inhibited HepG-2 cell proliferation by 55.29% and MCF-7 cell proliferation by 50.44%.
Exhibited an IC50 of 8.94 μmol/L in HepG-2 cells and 9.64 μmol/L in MCF-7 cells.
