Cyclic αvβ6 (Compound c(FRGDLAFp(NMe)K)) is a αvβ6-integrin-specific cyclic nonapeptide. Cyclic αvβ6 can be coupled with 68Ga-labeled monomeric triazacyclononane-triphosphinate (TRAP). Cyclic αvβ6 can be used in PET imaging studies for cancers including head and neck cancer and pancreatic cancer[1].
