Hydroxylamine-d₃ hydrochloride  (Synonyms: 盐酸羟胺-d₃；羟胺盐酸盐-d₃)

Hydroxylamine-d₃ (hydrochloride) is the deuterium labeled Hydroxyamine hydrochloride. Hydroxylamine hydrochloride is a selective Monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitor used for inhibiting of platelet aggregation. Hydroxylamine hydrochloride is an intermediate of nitrogen cycle in aerobic ammonium oxidizers microorganisms, such as ammonium oxidizing bacteria (AOB), ammonium oxidizing archaea (AOA) and complete ammonium oxidizing bacteria (comammox). Hydroxylamine hydrochloride impacts NO and N₂O emissions by aerobic ammonium oxidizers microorganisms and inhibits nitrite oxidizing bacteria (NOB) activity^[1][2][3].

Stable heavy isotopes of hydrogen, carbon, and other elements have been incorporated into drug molecules, largely as tracers for quantitation during the drug development process. Deuteration has gained attention because of its potential to affect the pharmacokinetic and metabolic profiles of drugs^[1].
