LSD1-IN-47 is a highly efficient PROTAC degrader targeting LSD1 (IC50 = 43 nM). LSD1-IN-47 does not alter LSD1 protein levels and does not increase the histone marker H3K4me2. LSD1-IN-47 can be used for the study of colon carcinoma[1]. (Pink: LSD1 ligand (HY-17447A); Blue: VHL ligand (HY-125845); Black: linker).
