PROTAC Akt3 Degrader-1 is a highly efficient and selective PROTAC degrader targeting Akt3. PROTAC Akt3 Degrader-1 shows weak antiproliferative activity in 36 cell lines. PROTAC Akt3 Degrader-1 can be used for the study of Triple-negative breast cancer and melanoma[1]. (Pink: Akt3 ligand (HY-175976); Blue: Cereblon ligand (HY-43722); Black: linker).

PROTAC Akt3 Degrader-1 (Compound 12) (0.2 nM-5 μM，24 小时) 能有效诱导 MDA-MB-468 细胞中 Akt3 的降解 (DC50 = 7.5 nM)，但对 Akt1 和 Akt2 的降解无显著影响 (DC50 > 5000 nM)[1]。
PROTAC Akt3 Degrader-1 (0.2 μM，24 小时) 是一种高度特异性的 Akt3 降解剂，仅能显著降低 MDA-MB-468 细胞中 Akt3 和 TMEM120B 蛋白的表达，且脱靶效应极小[1]。
PROTAC Akt3 Degrader-1 (0.2 nM-5 μM，24 小时) 在 MDA-MB-231 细胞中诱导 Akt3 降解的 DC50 为 7.0 nM，在 A-375 细胞中为 54.3 nM[1]。
PROTAC Akt3 Degrader-1 在 MDA-MB-468 和 MDA-MB-231 细胞中分别显示出 IC50 值 > 30 μM 和 13.5 μM[1]。
