毒理学数据:
原药对大鼠经口LD50为1040mg/kg。对家兔眼睛有刺激和腐蚀作用,对兔皮肤有中等刺激。家兔亚急性经皮无作用剂量500mg/kg,大鼠2年饲喂试验无作用剂量为每天25mg/kg,狗为1.25mg/kg。试验条件下未见致畸、致癌、致突变作用。虹鳟鱼LC50为28mg/L,青鳃翻车鱼为23mg/L(均96h)。
