有点忘了 所以只能给出一点记忆性的建议 准不准 不作保证
A B两种淀粉酶可降解的淀粉部分 其中一种淀粉是可以使得碘酒染色的 因此就利用这个性质来进行区分

你的英文里就有说到这个 我记得是B淀粉能使得碘酒染色

委皮式妒终久许配排的萄糖淀粉酶的话能使得淀粉降解为葡萄糖 现象就是 碘酒变蓝色后加入这种酶 蓝色消失
