CTAB/Nacl fo令状友谓秋内古通况线输r bacteria gDNA extraction: Dis据职业药验粒终敌solve 4.1g NaCl in 80ml of water and slowly add 10g CTAB while heating(≈65℃) and stirring. It takes more than 3 hrs to dissolve CTAB. Aju距st final volume to 100ml and sterilize by filter or autoclave.
