his标签蛋白就是:六个组氨酸。一般存在于重组蛋白氮端或碳端，便于纯化该重组蛋白，组氨酸可以特异征性的结合镍离子，带有组氨酸标签的重组蛋白可以被镍柱吸附，从而达到纯化的目的。也就是在表达载体上面，特别加六个组氨酸来自的碱基序列，目的就是纯化。
