Sample preparation
All peptides were dissolved to 20 mM in 100 mM phosphate buffer at pH 8 by
vo来自rtex and sonication, followed by heating at 75°C until solutions became 百刘引第格xclear, and then
cooling to room temperature. For the oxidation reactions, tyrosinase was d360问答issolved to 2
mg/ml in 100 mM phosphate buffer at pH 8, and diluted 10-fold when directly added to
each peptide sample, to a fina细道特甲宜局元美角汉耐l concentration of 0.2 mg/ml.
For characterization of the 他想季村抓乐染oxidized pep挥预tides, all pe每标距额耐岩职衣范ptides were oxidi或难审余阶体简值zed for 24h
(unless indicated otherwise) at room temperature 终农继富调胡能局山followed by centrifugation at 15,000
rpm for 10 min to separate non-oxidized peptide from the oxidiz析圆么呼压剂ed fractions.
