1.可以维持视力并且促进骨骼成长,维持上皮结构的完整与健全防止夜盲,提高视力,维护牙齿坚固,促进骨骼生长,促进儿童长高,保持皮肤湿润,保证头发正常生长, 增强抵抗力。 2.维生素A是构成视觉细胞内感光物质的成分,赖氨酸是人体必需的氨基酸,能维持上皮组织结构的完整和健康,促进机体的生长发育。缺乏时,会使生长发育受阻、生殖功能衰退。常用于防治儿童发育不良、干眼症、夜盲症、皮肤干燥以及眼部、呼吸道、泌尿系统和肠道对感染的抵抗力降低等。我国规定可用于色拉油、芝麻油和人造奶油,使用量为4.0~8.0mg/kg;在固体饮料中最大使用量为4~8mg/kg;在婴儿食品和乳制品中使用量为3.0~9.0mg/kg;在冰淇淋中最大使用量为0.6~1.2mg/kg;在乳饮料中使用量为0.61.0mg/kg。β-胡萝卜素用于强化β胡萝卜素饮料时,最大使用量为20~40mg/kg;在固体饮料中最大使用量为3~5mg/kg。 3.维生素A是构成视觉细胞内感光物质的成分,能保证上皮组织结构的完整和健康,促进机体的发育生长。缺乏时,会使生长发育受阻、生殖功能衰退。一般用视黄醇乙酸酯添加于饲料中。 ...
