用途:

一,用作玻璃澄清剂,也可用作阻燃增效剂

二,用作不透明填料、搪瓷的乳白剂及铁皮、钢板的抗酸漆

三,用作显像管、光学玻璃和各种高级玻璃的澄清剂,纺织品、塑料制品的阻燃剂,搪瓷的乳白剂,制造铸件用漆的不透明填料及铁皮、钢板抗酸漆的成分。在化学分析中用于鉴定钠离子。

生产方法:

一,硝酸钠法将锑块粉碎,与硝钠混合,在反应炉中加热通空气进行』应。所得粗锑酸钠经冷却、粉碎,用硝酸浸取使其进一步反应,然后再滤、干燥、粉碎,制得锑酸钠成品。 4NaNO3+4Sb+3O2→4NaSbO3+2NO+2NO2

二,氯化法将粗三氧化二锑粉与酸混合,在70~75℃下反应3~4生成三氯化锑,过滤除杂,于65℃下通氯气氯化,生成五氯化锑。加水行水解,使锑沉淀,洗涤除杂,过滤与过量碱中和生成锑酸钠,再经真空滤、洗涤、离心分离、干燥、粉碎、筛,制得锑酸钠成品。其 Sb2O3+6HCl→2SbCl3+3H2O;SbCl3+C12→SbC15;SbC15+2H2O→SbO2Cl↓+4HCl;SbC15+3H2O→HSbO3↓+5HC1;SbO2Cl+2NaOH+2H2O→NaSbO3?3H2O↓+NaCl;HSbO3+NaOH+2H2O→NaSbO3?3H2O↓
