磺胺氯哒嗪钠(23282-55-5)生产方法和用途

用途:

一,用作禽畜消炎抗菌药,主要用于鸡大肠杆菌、葡萄球菌感染,白冠病、鸡霍及伤寒病等传染病。

二,阻断微生物四氢叶酸的合成。具有广谱的抗菌作用,能抵抗革兰氏阳性和 革兰氏阴性菌。内服1-3小时血药浓度达最高值。

三,磺胺类药。用于畜禽(猪、鸡)大肠杆菌和巴氏杆菌感染。

生产方法:

制备流程

1,由扩环反应制备3,6-二羟基哒嗪
 15-30oC用盐酸调节水合肼至PH=6.2,加入顺丁烯二酸酐(配料比为顺丁烯二酸酐:水合肼:盐酸=1:1.14:1.08),升温至104-110oC,保温2h,降温至5oC,过滤,过滤液叫硫酸回收。
2,有氯化反应制备二氯哒嗪
将三氯氧磷与二羟基哒嗪加入反应器内,加热至55-60oC后,停止加热,自然升温,在反应高潮过后保温5h,减压蒸馏得到氯化油;将氯化油与氨水加入水中,保温控制PH值,加备用氨水调节,加亚硫酸氢钠溶液保温40分钟,冷却至5oC,过滤,洗涤得到二氯哒嗪,然后将母液用二氯苯提取,可回收其中二氯哒嗪,再将湿品二氯哒嗪熔融,静置40分钟,分去水层冷却结晶,得二氯哒嗪干品。
3,由缩合反应制备磺胺氯哒嗪钠
将二氯哒嗪与磺胺、碳酸钾放入反应器,加热升温至160oC,保温5h,冷却后加盐酸,调至PH=6,再加入氢氧化钠调至PH=7.2-9.2,冷却所得结晶即产品。
