磺胺氯哒嗪钠(23282-55-5)生产方法和用途

用途：

一，用作禽畜消炎抗菌药，主要用于鸡大肠杆菌、葡萄球菌感染，白冠病、鸡霍及伤寒病等传染病。

二，阻断微生物四氢叶酸的合成。具有广谱的抗菌作用，能抵抗革兰氏阳性和革兰氏阴性菌。内服1-3小时血药浓度达最高值。

三，磺胺类药。用于畜禽（猪、鸡）大肠杆菌和巴氏杆菌感染。

生产方法：

制备流程

1，由扩环反应制备3,6-二羟基哒嗪
15-30^oC用盐酸调节水合肼至PH=6.2，加入顺丁烯二酸酐（配料比为顺丁烯二酸酐：水合肼：盐酸=1:1.14:1.08），升温至104-110^oC，保温2h，降温至5^oC，过滤，过滤液叫硫酸回收。
2，有氯化反应制备二氯哒嗪
将三氯氧磷与二羟基哒嗪加入反应器内，加热至55-60^oC后，停止加热，自然升温，在反应高潮过后保温5h，减压蒸馏得到氯化油；将氯化油与氨水加入水中，保温控制PH值，加备用氨水调节，加亚硫酸氢钠溶液保温40分钟，冷却至5^oC，过滤，洗涤得到二氯哒嗪，然后将母液用二氯苯提取，可回收其中二氯哒嗪，再将湿品二氯哒嗪熔融，静置40分钟，分去水层冷却结晶，得二氯哒嗪干品。
3，由缩合反应制备磺胺氯哒嗪钠
将二氯哒嗪与磺胺、碳酸钾放入反应器，加热升温至160^oC，保温5h，冷却后加盐酸，调至PH=6，再加入氢氧化钠调至PH=7.2-9.2，冷却所得结晶即产品。
