颜料红53:1(5160-02-1)生产方法和用途

方法:
反应方程式 反应过程在重氮桶放水2000L,加入拉开粉3kg,然后加入20%氨水50kg,再倒入CLT酸119kg,在搅拌下徐徐加入30%盐酸157kg,使CLT酸呈细态析出,加完续搅20min,温度10~12℃,体符号为500L,再加入亚硝酸钠36.7kg,温度14~15℃,溶液保持酸性,控制终点备偶合。偶合桶中放水1000L,液碱108kg,升温至60℃,搅拌加入乙萘酚79.3kg使溶解,并调整体积至3500L,温度30℃左右,备用。在良好搅拌下,快速把CLT酸重氮液放入偶合桶,终点pH值10~11温度28℃,继续反应1h,pH值逐渐降至7.5~8。加入13kg松香溶解的透明溶液,pH值为8.5~9。把116kg氧化钡溶解于一定体积中,加入到偶合桶中,总体积为8000~8500L,终点pH值8~8.5, 继续反应1h,快速升温至100℃,保温1h。过滤,滤饼80℃进行烘干。得量255kg。
