活性氧（ros）是氧正常代谢的天然副产物，在细胞信号转导中起着重要作用。然而，在氧化应激相关的状态下，ROS水平可以显著增加。ros的积累导致细胞结构的显著损伤。氧化应激在心血管疾病、糖尿病、骨质疏松、中风、炎症性疾病、许多神经退行性疾病和癌症中的作用已经确立。ROS测量将有助于确定氧化应激如何调节不同的细胞内途径。Amplite™荧光活性氧检测试剂盒使用我们独特的活性氧传感器来量化活细胞中的活性氧。Amplite™活性氧红具有细胞渗透性。它与活性氧反应时产生红色荧光。试剂盒是一种优化的“混合读取”分析格式Amplite™荧光活性氧检测试剂盒提供了一种灵敏的一步荧光检测方法，用于在1-2小时培养的活细胞中检测细胞内活性氧。该分析可在方便的96孔或384孔微量滴定板格式中进行，并且不需要分离步骤就容易适应自动化它的信号可以很容易地读取使用荧光微板阅读器或荧光显微镜。它既可以用来定量活性氧的活性，也可以用来筛选活性氧抑制剂。

1. Prepare cells in growth medium
2. Add Amplite™ ROS Red working solution (100 µL/well for a 96-well plate or 25 µL/well for a 384-well plate)
3. Stain the cells at 37°C for 60 minutes
4. Treat the cells with test compounds to induce ROS
5. Monitor the fluorescence increase (bottom read mode) at Ex/Em= 520/605 nm (Cutoff = 590 nm) or fluorescence microscope with Ex/Em = 520/605 nm filter set
